Over the next two months, the court will hear from the Attorney General of Canada (AGC), the intervenor groups (including us) and the Attorney General of BC (AGBC). Some of the dates we know are listed below, and you can see our press release sent out today by clicking HERE.
- April 16 - April 21 & May 17 - the Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada presents their case
- May 6 - the Counsel for the Attorney General of BC begins their case (expected to finish in the fall of 2019)
- May 13 - our expert witness, Marie-Claude Premont, takes the stand
- June 21 - our expert witness, David Himmelstein, takes the stand
The court is generally in session for 3 weeks, then takes a 1 week break (so there will be no trial dates the week of April 23). There will also be a summer break (dates TBC).
