The trial continues with the plaintiffs, Cambie Corp. et al, continuing to call their witnesses to the stand for examination. BC and/or Canada follow with a cross-examination of each witness. Our lawyers will cross-examine the plaintiffs' expert witness, Professor Dan Kessler on December 14.

There will be NO court proceeding on December 15th, and then from December 19, 2016 - January 13, 2017.

The trial takes place at the BC Supreme Court, 800 Smithe St. Vancouver. The courtroom schedule, is generally 10-12:30 & 2-4:30, but this can change on any given day, depending on the needs of the different parties and witnesses.
